LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS - LOOK FORWARD TO JOGGING IN ALL WEATHERS

A running shirt with long sleeves simply belongs in every athlete's wardrobe, because training in spring, autumn and winter in particular is essential for a sustained high level of performance. As this is functional clothing, most long-sleeved shirts for joggers have a minimalist design. Nevertheless, you'll find a wide range of colours and models at Keller Sports. Everything that weighs you down has been left out, so you can move freely in the shirts. The seams are also either flat, barely visible or non-existent, so that friction and pressure points can be effectively avoided. The running shirts are very light and can be tight or loose fitting, depending on the model.

A WIDE VARIETY OF RUNNING SHIRTS

In addition to the conventional running shirts with long sleeves, there are numerous special models at Keller Sports that offer more than just sweat-wicking and breathable features. Stretch materials increase comfort, mesh inserts allow good air circulation and windstopper shirts protect your body from cold draughts. However, the fact that a long-sleeved running shirt is designed for cool days is not enough for many runners. Hoodies with an integrated hood offer more warmth and protection. Or you can buy a model with thumb openings at the cuffs - so your hands are also optimally protected from the cold while running. If you need even more warming functions, there are running shirts with fold-over cuffs. These can be turned into practical mittens in no time at all.

EVEN MORE REFINEMENT

Clever details make longsleeves even more sophisticated. Running shirts with a three-dimensional material structure, for example, keep the air close to your body for optimal insulation on cool days. Ventilation collars improve ventilation and increase breathability. Reflective elements offer extra safety and make you visible to other road users in cloudy weather. Very practical for carrying money, keys and other small items are zipped pockets, which are placed both outside and inside the shirt in the various models.

WHAT IS A RAGLAN SLEEVE ?

Very many running shirts have long raglan sleeves. In this variant, the seams run diagonally into the collar and usually also extend to the base of the neck. The shoulder area is covered by the sleeves and the freedom of movement is therefore above average. The sleeves owe their name to the fact that in 1815 Lord Raglan lost his arm in the Battle of Waterloo. In order to be able to put on his coat better as a one-armed man, the seams of the sleeve ran diagonally along the collar instead of being sewn to the shoulder as usual.
