Our partner Patagonia has launched the ideal garment for outdoor activities in cold weather: the new Nano Air Light Hybrid jacket. To make the jacket, Patagonia has used the new 40g FullRange® insulation. This synthetic fibre layer is extremely light, yet it keeps the body warm even in the rain. At the same time, the insulation layer is also breathable, which is very important while practising sports because perspiration needs to be drawn away from the body to keep your skin dry. Another benefit of having FullRange® insulation is its flexibility. Together with the sporty cut of the jacket, the insulating layer provides perfect freedom of movement in all directions.

Over the FullRange® insulation layer, Patagonia has placed a robust 100% nylon Ripstop outer material, which is equipped with DWR coating for wind- and waterproof protection. DWR stands for “durable water repellent”, so it provides lasting waterproofing. In a nutshell: no cold air or moisture comes into the jacket from the outside and, thanks to the vapour permeability of the jacket, evaporated perspiration can escape - the result is an ideal skin temperature. We now have the Nano Air Light Hybrid products in our shop. Check have a look at them and find out for yourself how good they are.
