Here are episodes three and four of the Salewa Mountain Training series:

The third episode, titled “Balance”, introduces Product Marketing specialist Marina, who explains what benefit training can bring to everyday life, especially when it comes to feeling balanced within yourself and with the environment. She also tells us why training in nature gives her even more energy.

In the fourth and last episode, titled “Endurance”, mountaineer and Salewa athlete Simon Gietl speaks of the benefits of being fit and getting even fitter in the mountains. His colleague, mountaineer Roger Schäli, highlights the need to do mountain training – being prepared for any eventuality and enjoying freedom are just two points he mentions.
