Keep moving at all times

It does not always have to be at the gym. Make good use of your surroundings! Be it a hotel room, a staircase or a park - just be creative with whatever you have to hand.

Focus

Get into your workout (mentally) before you even start doing it. This will ensure you stay focussed throughout. Try to always train at the same time to get your body used to it, like that your body will eventually start craving it.

Never forget to cool down

Always plan for a 5-minute cool-down at the end of your workout. Cooling down supports your body’s recovery so you will be ready for the next session.

Nutrition is everything

Food is our fuel, so make sure your body is kept well supplied throughout the day.
