Shipping costs
All customers who make an order worth more than 150€ can have the order shipped to any country in the .com country list for free. Customers with orders under 150€ will be charged 7.90€ for shipping. Parcels will be sent with DHL.
Shipping time
Unless otherwise stated in a product, the shipping of items from Germany takes 3 to 5 business days, being shipped with DHL. Keep in mind that, being a German company, we follow the German national holiday calendar.
Customised articles, such as skis with bindings, require a full working day for processing. This means that the estimated delivery time will be one working day longer than usual. An updated delivery time will be given during the ordering process.
Unfortunately, we do not have an express shipping option, and there is no possibility to ship the articles faster than what’s stated on the website.
