What are the advantages of a customer account?

With your customer account you can

  • view the status of your orders and check the shipping status
  • set up an address book
  • save your wish list
  • manage your premium membership
  • check your gift vouchers

How do I create a customer account?

In our shops you will find an icon for the customer account in the top right corner. Click on the icon to open a new window. If you click on "Not registered yet? Then click here!", you can enter your e-mail address and choose your password. Then click on "CREATE ACCOUNT".

How do I log into my customer account?

On our website there is an icon for the customer account in the top right-hand corner. Click on the icon, enter your email address and password and click on "LOGIN".

How can I change my password?

To change your password, simply go to the Password section of your account. There you can change your password by choosing a new one.

If you want to change your password because you can't remember it while trying to log in, please click "I forgot my password" so we can email you a new one.

How can I change my address?

To change your address, simply go to the Address section of your account and change it to the correct address.

Note that changing your address will not affect any orders that have already been placed, even if they have not yet been shipped.

Can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account or want information about how we use your personal data, you can send an email us and select the subject of your contact. We will reply as soon as possible.
