How do I redeem a gift voucher?
To redeem your gift voucher, all you need is the code on your voucher PDF.
- You can now enter the code under "My Account" in the "Gift Voucher" section and the value of the gift voucher will be credited to your account - immediately redeemable on your next purchase.
- You can also enter the code directly in the shopping basket when you place your order.
You can redeem your gift voucher for Keller Sports and Keller x items.
If the value of the purchase exceeds the credit of the gift voucher, the difference must be paid via another payment method. If the value of your purchase is lower, the remaining credit will be credited to your customer account.
I placed an order but forgot to enter the gift voucher. Can I redeem it later?
Unfortunately this is not possible. If your order can still be cancelled, we can cancel it and you place a new order - with the voucher code.
If your order can no longer be cancelled, we unfortunately cannot credit your voucher to your order. However, you can of course use it for your next order.
Where can I see the remaining balance of my gift voucher?
Your balance will be displayed in your "My Account".
Please note that the balance is not automatically displayed when you purchase a gift voucher. You will need to manually enter the code you received by email.
