I have not received the gift voucher I ordered.

If you purchased a gift voucher but have not received anything from us, please check the email address you used to create your account and also check your spam folder.

If you still can't find the email with the gift voucher, please contact us and we will help you find it.

Can I cancel my gift voucher?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a gift voucher. Gift vouchers or gift voucher balances cannot be paid out in cash or offset against outstanding debts.

What happens to my gift voucher if I return something?

A cash payment of a gift voucher is not possible. If you return items to us, we will charge the voucher as a credit which you can use towards your next order.

• You have paid for your entire order with the gift voucher.
  The credit will be credited back to your credit account and you can use the credit for a future order. Cash payment of the credit is not possible.

• You have combined the gift voucher with another payment method?
  If the amount of the items you are keeping is less than the value of your gift voucher, we will offset this against the items you are keeping. The remaining voucher value will be credited to your account. We will refund the amount paid in excess of the voucher value using the payment method selected when you placed your order.

  If the amount of the items you are keeping is greater than the value of your gift voucher, we will offset this amount in full against the gift voucher. We will refund the amount paid in excess of the gift voucher value using the payment method you selected when you placed your order.
