Wrong or missing article

What should I do if the wrong item was delivered?

If you have received a different item to the one you ordered, please contact us before returning it.

Contact us (Order >> I received the wrong item) and include the following photos:

  • a photo of the item you received
  • a photo of the label with the barcode on it.

We will look at what went wrong and how we can fix the problem as soon as possible.

An item from my order is missing - now what?

Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us (order >> items missing from my order) and we will contact our warehouse and find out what happened to the item(s).

If you have ordered a lot of items or very bulky items (rackets, tennis bags, skis, etc.), these are usually shipped separately.
