Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

Yes, you have to pay the shipping costs of the return, but you can use a courier of your choice. We advise you to choose the cheapest courier, but make sure you always insure the parcel.

We only refund the return shipping costs in the case of defective articles or if one or more articles you received is/are not what you ordered. In these cases we need to be informed of the problem before the article is returned. Contact us via email and send photographs of the article(s) you have received. We will consult with the appropriate department and let you know how to proceed.

Please be aware we are a German company and the returns must be sent to Germany.
