What payment methods are available?

The following payment methods are available at Keller Sports:

• Credit card: The money is debited from your card immediately at the time of the order. The refund will take between 3 and 5 working days as the bank takes some time to process the refund. The invoice you receive after placing your order is for information purposes only.

• PayPal: The money will be debited from your Paypal account immediately when you place the order. In the case of a refund, the money will arrive in your account a few minutes after the refund has been validated in our system. The invoice you receive after placing the order is for information purposes only.

In addition, Keller Sports reserves the right to restrict the payment options to payment by credit card, prepayment and PayPal for orders with a merchandise value of more than €250 and in other cases. Please note that when entering a new address (also for gift shipments), it is necessary to re-enter the payment data. This ensures that an address is only changed if you wish to do so.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to change the payment method for an order that has already been placed. However, we can cancel your order so that you can place a new order and choose a different payment method.

Is there a best price guarantee?

At Keller Sports you can only buy items at the price displayed on our website. We do not adjust our prices to the prices of other suppliers. You can of course find more information about how to get discounts on the price we offer.
