Can I currently file a reclamation?

Due to the current situation caused by the outbreak of the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), our top priority at Keller Sports is to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and partners. In recent weeks, we have already taken numerous measures to ensure that the services of our online shops Keller Sports and Keller x continue to be available in the usual high quality.

For our employees of the Munich office we were able to make it possible for them to work from their home office. However, this also means that it is currently not possible to accept shipments on site. We therefore ask you to wait with the dispatch of your complaint and not to send it yet.
