Reasons for return

You do not need to provide a reason for returning one or more products, but please be aware that returning goods to us will usually mean that you have to pay for the return costs. The only cases in which we refund you the return costs are as follows:


Delivered items are incorrect:


If your order does not match the delivery, naturally you can return the incorrect product(s) and we will provide you with a refund for the article(s). You do not have to bear extra charges, however, we will ask you to pay for the return costs in advance, and then provide us with the receipt so that we may refund you for those costs. We will also need your bank details (bank name, BIC and IBAN codes to provide the refund).

Defective items:


If an item in your shipment is damaged or has a defect of any sort, you can of course return this and we will send you a replacement or refund you. You do not have to bear extra charges, however, we will ask you to pay for the return costs in advance, and then provide us with the receipt so that we may refund you for those costs. We will also need your bank details (bank name, BIC and IBAN codes to provide the refund. Defective items are treated as reclamations, or complaints, so to see how this process works, please check out complaints section.
