How to make a return

Christmas special: right to return extended to 15.01.2016
If you've ordered a Christmas present in the wrong size or you're not satisfied with the product, you have until 15.01.2016 to return it.

The following information does not not represent an obligation for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal:

You can follow these 6 easy steps to return one or more products:

Pack box
If you like, you can repack all the products you want to return in their original packaging before you put them inside the box. You may use any box you like, it does not have to be the original box we sent you. If choosing a smaller box will reduce the price of the return costs, then please do so if you wish – just make sure that the goods will not be easily damaged during the delivery.

Cut out
You can cut out the upper third of the return form along the dashed lines with the scissors symbol.

Insert sheet
You can insert the lower part of the return form into the box, on top of the items you wish to return.

Close and stick
You may seal the box and then you can attach the address sticker provided on the return form (on which your address and the addressee, Keller Sports, are mentioned) on top of the package, so that it is clearly visible.

Send packet
You have the option to take the packet to a post office or courier of your choice. We recommend you choose a low-priced, insured shipping and handling. It helps if you keep the receipt, as it will be used as evidence of the return if your packet is lost in the post.

Get a Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us about your refund. We will reimburse your payments via the same method with which you paid (e.g. if you paid by credit card, we will refund the same credit card).

After we have received and processed your return, it normally takes another 2-5 working days until the amount is credited to your account.

Please note: If you ordered at with a value of goods over 150EUR and thus received free shipping, but now want to return one or more articles of this order, your order's value will consequencely drop below 150EUR, and therefore we can only reimburse the value of returned products and not the shipping costs. Conditions of redeeming vouchers: if an item is returned so that the overall order value consequently falls below the minimum order value required for the validity of the voucher, then the voucher code cannot be applied to the remaining items in the order.

General information on the right to return

You have the option to return ordered goods to within 30 days of you receiving your order, instead of the statutory 14 days, without giving a reason for return. Due to our greatest core value being to create customer satisfaction, it would help us if you could tell us the reasons for your return in order to avoid complaints in the future.

Special Notices
According to legal standards, customised goods are excluded from return.

The right to withdraw does not exist for the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods which have not been pre-assembled and have been produced according to customer specifications or the consumer’s instructions, or have been tailored for the personal requirements of the customer. Please note that the right to withdraw expires earlier with the delivery of sealed goods, which for reasons of health and hygiene are not suitable to be returned when their packaging has been removed after delivery.

Returning the goods

If you want to return merchandise, you may send it within 30 days after receipt of your order. You can revoke your contractual statement within these 30 days without giving reasons simply by returning the goods.

When we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail and refund the cost of the order as well as the original shipping costs for the order. In order to guarantee your refund, make sure to allow for sufficient shipping time so that we receive your return within the allotted return period.

Cancel order before dispatch

If you notice shortly after completing your order that you accidentally ordered the wrong item, you can check in "My account >> My orders" whether the order has already been shipped. If your order is still being processed and not yet shipped, you can still cancel before the delivery. Choose the open order that you want to cancel and click on "cancel order". If you have problems with this, simply contact our customer service team, who will cancel the order for you.

Reasons for Return:

You do not need to provide a reason for returning one or more products, but please be aware that returning goods to us will usually mean that you have to pay for the return costs. The only cases in which we refund you the return costs are as follows: Delivered items are incorrect: If your order does not match the delivery, naturally you can return the incorrect product(s) and we will provide you with a refund for the article(s). You do not have to bear extra charges, however, we will ask you to pay for the return costs in advance, and then provide us with the receipt so that we may refund you for those costs. We will also need your bank details (bank name, BIC and IBAN codes to provide the refund). To find out how to return your items, you can take a look at our returns section. Defective items: If an item in your shipment is damaged or has a defect of any sort, you can of course return this and we will send you a replacement or refund you. You do not have to bear extra charges, however, we will ask you to pay for the return costs in advance, and then provide us with the receipt so that we may refund you for those costs.
