Add an article to the shopping basket
If you´ve selected a product that you like and want to order, you only have to add it to your shopping basket.
In the case that your article is available in several variants, please choose first the desired variant (e.g. the desired size, amount etc.). Subsequently you can add your chosen product by clicking “add to basket”. Your selected products are not yet purchased and you can remove them, select another variant or add other items at any time.
You can view your shopping basket as a small table in the upper right corner at any time. Your items will stay stored there for 14 days.
You can get a quick overview of your shopping basket at the upper right corner of the page. From here you can either go directly to the checkout or click on “my basket” to see all chosen products in detail and if appropriate edit them.
In the complete view of your shopping basket you can:
Change article variant:
Click on “change item” and change the variant of the selected article and save your new choice.
In the field “amount” you can define how many you like of the respective items.
If you add an article to your shopping basket which you do not want to order any more, you can click on “remove item” to delete it from your shopping basket.
To continue shopping, you can click on “back to the last page” or “home” to continue browsing or add other articles to your shopping basket.
If you do not want to change your shopping basket, click on „Go to checkout“ to finalize your order. If you have a voucher code, you can add it in the specified field. The voucher will be charged with the value of goods of your order.
If you already have an account at www.keller-sports.com, you just have to log in and your address, standard shipping and payment data is automatically loaded. If you do not want to change anything, you can click on "Go to checkout" and you will jump straight to the "review and submit" step to conclude your order.
If you are new to www.keller-sports.com you can decide whether to create a new account or just shop without registering. In both cases, you will be asked for your specifications in the next step. If you re-register, you will be asked to apply a password, which you will later use to log in to your account. Your data will be SSL encrypted and protected from access by unauthorized persons.
You can select your preferred payment method, and where appropriate, fill in the necessary payment data or choose from your previously used payment methods. You can find accurate information about the available terms of payment here.
You can redeem vouchers in the first step during the "My Basket" stage of the ordering process. There is a field under the product list for entering a voucher code.
By clicking on the "redeem voucher" button the voucher value will be deducted from the value of goods. Please check again before sending the order; if your voucher has value has not been taken from the order total, you will not be able to use it once the order has been placed.
Review and Submit
In the "review and submit" step you can again view all the details of your order - from the individual articles to the payment data - so that you can make changes where appropriate.
If everything is correct, please click on "Submit" to complete the purchase. Shortly after our system receives this data, we will send an automated e-mail response to the e-mail address linked to your account with us, and this e-mail will contain a summary of the order. As a registered customer you can additionally view your order on "My account >> My orders" - to see the status of your order and track your delivery.
After you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. Once more, all details of your order are listed. Also given is all the necessary payment information that you will need if you want to pay in advance. Once we have received your completed order, and your order has shipped, you will also receive an automated e-mail with the tracking ID, with which you can quickly and easily track the delivery status of your order online. You can easily view your order history online in "My account >> My orders".
