General information about the terms of payment

At various terms of payment are available:

  • Credit card

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Voucher (redeem at "my basket" page)

In addition, reserves the right to limit the terms of payment by credit card and PayPal for orders of 250EUR or more and in some other cases. In the area of "My account >> My data", you can specifiy which method of payment you want to use as default. Please note that when specifiying a new address, re- entering the payment data is required. This verifies the change of address.

Payment by credit card

You are of course welcome to pay by credit card at To do this, select "payment by credit card" during the ordering process. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You will need your card number, the card holder's name, the expiry date of the card, credit card company name and the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, which ensures online payment safety. After completing the ordering process, your credit card will be debited. For each transaction a check will be made to see if the cardholder and the person placing the order are who they claim to be, this is done automatically via the credit card issuer website, which may prompt the buyer to answer some previously set up security questions.

Payment by bank transfer

If you have chosen "payment by bank transfer" as your payment method, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with all the necessary information such as bank details, bank code, beneficiary, etc. after finalizing your order at When paying from abroad please don´t forget the IBAN and SWIFT code which are also indicated in the e-mail. The goods will be shipped once we have received your payment. Please remember that depending on the bank, the transfer will take 2-5 working days and this may delay the dispatch of the order. Payment via PayPal

PayPal is one of the British regulator FSA's certified companies for cash transactions over the internet. With PayPal you may open an online account into which you can transfer money. From this account you can quickly and securely process your payment over the internet. If you would like to pay with PayPal, but do not have an account, you can register here. After completion of your order, you will find a link to PayPal on the acknowledgement page. To pay, please follow the link and transfer the amount through PayPal. Should you wish to pay at another time, you will also find a payment link in your confirmation e-mail, otherwise, simply transfer the amount of the order manually from your Paypal account. Please make sure that the payment reference is your order number (starting with OXS and to be found in your order confirmation e-mail), and that the payment is sent to [email protected] Once we have received your PayPal payment, we will dispatch the order within 2 hours (on working days only).

Please note that reserves the right to limit the terms of payment to credit card and prepayment for orders of 250EUR or more in some other cases.

Redeem a voucher

You can redeem a voucher on the "My Basket" page, where you view your shopping cart. There is a field next to "Do you have a voucher code?" where you should type your voucher code in exactly as it has been given to you (it is case sensitive). By clicking on the "redeem voucher" button, the value of the voucher will be deducted against the value of the goods. Please check before completing the order that your voucher has actually been charged with the value of goods, since vouchers cannot be redeemed once the order is placed. Conditions of redeeming vouchers: if an item is returned so that the overall order value consequently falls below the minimum order value required for the validity of the voucher, then the voucher code cannot be applied to the remaining items in the order.


The required payment is not available

This can be due to several reasons:

The order value is too high:

For orders of goods over 250EUR it could be that the following methods of payment are unfortunately not available: payment via direct debit or PayPal. In this case, please choose the payment option "bank transfer" or "credit card".

Common causes for an error when paying by credit card:

- The credit card number or the expiration date of the card was entered incorrectly.
- There were momentary technical difficulties or connection abort during the data transfer between the banking institutions.
- The validity date of your credit card has expired.
- The credit card limit has been exceeded or has to be specially authorized by the bank for an expensive order.
- The credit card security questions have not been set up with the credit card provider, so the final security process cannot be carried out.
