Shipment tracking

If you have ordered at, you will receive an e-mail once your parcel is packed and ready for pickup by our courier (DHL or UPS). With this e-mail we inform you about the immediate dispatch of your order and the opportunity to track your order quickly and easily online. To track your package online, you only need to click on the link provided in the delivery e-mail or in "My account >> My orders" - you will then be forwarded to the tracking website for DHL or UPS depending on which courier you chose during the checkout. The information about the current status of your order will be loaded automatically, so you will get an immediate overview of your shipment and you can track your order online.

Assuming that all ordered items are in stock at the time of making the order and that payment has been made immediately after the order is placed, all orders made before 4pm on a working day will be dispatched within 2 hours. Orders placed after 4pm on a working day or at any time during a non-working day will be dispatched in the morning of the next working day. Orders paid for by bank transfer will be dispatched within 2 hours of receipt of payment (before 4pm on working days only). Bank transfer times vary from bank to bank, so please allow for up to 5 working days more as well as the normal estimated delivery times mentioned above.

If you have received your dispatch e-mail you should be able to track your order online from 8pm on the same working day (DHL) or from 8pm on the next working day (UPS). Once the packet has entered the destination country it can be tracked on the website of the local post courier, as these are companies who do the actual delivery.

Should you have problems with your tracking number after waiting until 8pm of the next working day after dispatch, then feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help you! Please be aware that we do not own the courier companies and are not directly responsible for delivery. Should you have any complaints about delivery, please contact the courier service.

Personalised articles such as skis with bindings and tennis rackets with personalised stringing require a full working day for processing. This means that the estimated delivery time will be one working day longer than usual. Within the UK, personalised articles should be delivered within 5-6 working days.
