Splitting the delivery
Sometimes it may be the case that certain products are not available immediately, and have a slightly longer delivery time than other items in your order.
Customers who want to deliver the packet to Germany may wish to split the order into different shipments so that they get the individual articles as soon as possible. Please note that extra costs could arise when splitting an order because the individual shipment of the articles could fall below the value of free shipping.
You can see what fees are due in the "review and submit" step. In this case all immediately available items will be sent to you at once. Items with a longer delivery time will be shipped when they arrive in stock. You can view the availability of separate items during the ordering process. For more information on general postage, go to our mode of shipment and shipment costs page. Customers will receive a prompt refund on all omitted articles or cancelled orders.
On the product pages you will be shown whether the product is currently available or not. Please note that the availability display will always be updated if you choose a variable of the article (e.g. size). The availability display will show one fo the following options:
All ordered items are in stock at the time of making the order and, assuming that payment has been made immediately after the order is placed, all orders made before 4pm on a working day will be dispatched within 2 hours. Orders placed after 4pm on a working day or at any time during a non-working day will be dispatched in the morning of the next working day.
"only a few more available"
Only a few pieces of the desired item are available, so the article may become unavailable soon. All ordered items are in stock at the time of making the order and, assuming that payment has been made immediately after the order is placed, all orders made before 4pm on a working day will be dispatched within 2 hours. Orders placed after 4pm on a working day or at any time during a non-working day will be dispatched in the morning of the next working day.
"available in 2-4 days"
The article will be available in 2-4 working days. Delivery time will be a bit longer.
"available in 1-2 weeks"
The article will be available in 1-2 weeks. Delivery time will be considerably longer.
The article is not yet available and can only be shipped once it is back in stock.
"unfortunately no longer available"
The article is no longer in stock and will not be ordered in again.
Personalised articles: Personalised articles such as skis with bindings and tennis rackets with personalised stringing require a full working day for processing. This means that the estimated delivery time will be one working day longer than usual. Within the UK, personalised articles should be delivered within 5-6 working days.
Different shipping address to billing address
It may be the case that the shipping address is different to the bililng address, perhaps you would like your order sent to your workplace or to a friend´s house as a gift. In the second step of the ordering process, called ´address´ you have the option to enter a different delivery address to your billing address. To select a different shipping address click on ´yes´ next to ´I want to use a different delivery address´ and choose from the following addresses the one to which your order should be sent to or simply add a new one.
