If you want to register a complaint for an article bought at, please send us an e-mail to [email protected].

Your e-mail should include the following information:

  • First name, last name

  • Order number (it can be found on the order confirmation e-mail)

  • Article number(s) (can be found on the order confirmation e-mail and also on the article description page on our website, under the ´details and properties´ tab).

  • Reason for complaint (a short description of why you want to register a complaint for the article. E.g. the zip of the outer accessory compartment is damaged, etc.)

In order to process your complaint quickly, please attach a picture of the rejected article to the e-mail and make sure that the attachment is in PDF or JPEG format.

Once you have sent all necessary information we will contact you with further feedback concerning your reclamation. After we have authorized your complaint, please send the article with a letter containing all information (corresponding to the information in your e-mail) to the following address for a final check before sending the article back to the manufacturer:

Please note: If your complaint is successful, we will reimburse the value of the goods in form of a voucher or we will exchange the article(s). We will send a reclamation for the article to the manufacturer and refund you for the return costs. However, if the complaint is unsuccessful (rarely), then the return costs will have to be covered by you and we will simply send the item(s) back to you.
