ZIENER GLOVE PRODUCTION TO DESIRE THE PROFESSIONAL
Still unheated, but no less high-quality was already the first product of the traditional company that Ziener Senior produced in 1946 with just three employees: Glacier gloves. But the originally produced everyday gloves did not last long. At the request of top skier Mirl Buchner from Garmisch Partenkirchen, Ziener Senior and his team developed the first ski gloves.
And even today the brand is still based on suggestions and advice from professionals. "Our goal is to help athletes to achieve top performance", says Managing Director Frank Burig. Under the motto "Made by Pros", athletes and experts from the bike and ski sector are directly involved in the (further) development of the products. Short communication channels enable the medium-sized company to use the feedback of the athletes directly to improve the products and to implement ideas quickly. Through the input from the close cooperation with the "Ziener Team", the company places the needs of the athletes in the foreground in order to meet their demands for quality, functionality and design.
ZIENER PRODUCTS: UNIQUE PRODUCED - VARIETELY APPLICABLE
Ziener also tries to meet the expectations of athletes in the area of sustainability. In times of increased environmental awareness, it is important for consumers to have the right clothing in their cupboards and thus avoid the accumulation of material. Ziener offers multi-functional, durable clothing systems for this purpose, such as the Active Wear collection. It goes along with everything from ski touring to biking and looks good too.

HANDSHOES OUT OF OLD FISHER NETWORK
Ziener focuses on sustainability: Since 2017, the brand has been using ECONYL yarn for the production of its bike collection. By using CAPROLACTAM ECONYL, 170,000 tons of CO² were avoided worldwide in 2015, which corresponds to the amount that a passenger car would emit on the Earth's route to the Moon.
ECONYL is a yarn made from recycled polyamide. In special processes, polyamide waste, fishing nets, textiles and carpets are converted into flawless raw materials. Ziener is thus setting an example in terms of sustainability with the aim of continuously integrating ecological aspects into the production of sportswear.
