REUSCH - INNOVATION AND PERFORMANCE
Whoever looks at the high-tech products at Mikaela Shiffrin's hands at their Olympic victory in 2018 can hardly believe that the origins of these gloves lie in tranquil Metzingen. In 1934, Karl Reusch, the founder of the company, put his first models completely by hand in an attic there. It was the foundation stone for today's world market leader in the sports gloves segment. The great success came with his son Gebhard Reusch joining the company.
He released 1972, the first ski glove collection to meet the needs of top athletes. One year later, in close cooperation with Sepp Maier, he developed the world's first special soft-grip goalkeeper glove. After that Reusch continued to expand its assortment - among others by own ski clothing, ski goggles and ski helmets. Always with creative innovations in luggage and always of the highest quality. The resulting unconditional performance explains the decades of success of the brand.
REUSCH GLOVES ARE AVAILABLE IN OVER 60 COUNTRIES

Selected materials, excellent know-how and innovative technologies ensure that Reusch is a must, especially in the winter sports segment. Since 2017, the company's headquarters have been located in Bolzano, South Tyrol, in order to promote the internationalisation of the brand. Both the new summer collection (goalkeeper gloves, goalkeeper clothing, protectors and accessories) and the winter collection (ski gloves and headwear) are now sold in over 60 countries worldwide. REUSCH AT KELLER SPORTS
The success of Reusch products is based on the brand slogan "Love your Sport": With Reusch gloves, both professional and hobby athletes are able to concentrate on the essentials. No matter how cold the ambient temperatures are: all ski glove models provide warm hands without sweating, even after many hours on the slopes. The use of sheep and goat leather makes the ski gloves extra soft and light.
When it comes to cuts and sporty design, Reusch always takes the individual needs of its customers into account. In the Reusch Shop at Keller Sports you will find smaller women's models such as the Reusch Dominique R-Tex Xt, as well as stylish freeride gloves. One of them is the Reusch Daron Rahlves R-Tex XT Lobster. He scores with his tight-fitting cuff and ingenious finger knuckle protection. For the fast snowball fight or the winter walk there are warming gloves like the Reusch Alexa GoreTex Center.
The current models combine perfect functionality with intelligent features and the latest fabric technologies. With R-Tex, R-Loft-Isolation or Thermo 5, for example, the brand has developed its own technologies that stand for improved breathability, water impermeability and optimum isolation against the cold.
THE MIKAELA SHIFFRIN SIGNATURE MODEL OF REUSCH
With so much performance it is hardly surprising that many top athletes rely on Reusch articles. The reigning Olympic champion, World champion and overall World Cup winner Mikaela Shiffrin, who has relied on the German brand since the beginning of her career, has just announced an extension with Reusch. She is one of the Reusch Matadors alongside Marcel Hirscher, Lindsey Vonn, Henrik Kristoffersen, Lara Gut, Alexis Pinturault and Anna Veith.
The glove specialist develops signature models under this name. The models by Mikaela Shiffrin and Marcel Hirscher, for example, are also available in our Reusch shop at Keller Sports. In addition, Reusch is the official outfitter of seven of the world's most successful ski associations (Austria, Switzerland, France, USA, Norway, Liechtenstein, Slovenia). And with Gerlinde Kaltenbrunner one of the most successful hikers in the world trusts in Reusch.
REUSCH PRODUCTS ARE ALSO IN FOOTBALL IN DEMAND
Naturally, the influence of Reusch on modern football must not be ignored: Sepp Maier, wearing Reusch goalkeeper gloves, won the World Cup in 1974. His parades of that time remain unforgotten. Since then, seven out of eleven other world championship winners have also worn the quality mark on their hands. Today, next to poster childs like Samir Handanovi (Inter Milan), Ralf Fährmann (Norwich City) and Diego López (Espanyol Barcelona) currently have over 220 other top league goalkeepers under contract with Reusch.
