Feedback from the keller-sports.com team (Little Mac): Jubilee: The Youtek Prestige MID is the tenth version of a Prestige racket with a 600 cm² head size. Physically only the name and the design changed compared to its predecessor. Concerning the playing behavior, there are only little - but noticeable differences, thus the touch is slightly softer and in my opinion this racket is a bit more powerful as well – exactly what Head told us about their new d30 material. Whether this material is the reason or not, that doesn’t make any difference to the player – what matters is that it fits. Anyway in this case Head hasn’t exaggerated.
I was really surprised about the relatively large sweetspot compared to the small head, which means that every ball that doesn’t hit the frame gets a lot of power. But that doesn’t mean that you don’t have to hit the ball very precisely – as mentioned the sweetspot is relatively large. In the matter of control and precision this racket completely deserves the name Prestige and follows its more than 20-year-old tradition. Result: Who has played the Microgel Prestige MID up to now, will love the Youtek version as well but also the fans of even older versions might find their new racket in the Youtek Prestige MID.
